our story

2012

IXL Training and Consultancy was formed to cater to the growing manpower needs of the IT-BPM industry in Iloilo. We provided near-hire and specialized language training to applicants who wants a career in the IT-BPM industry.

Moved to our current office address. Started with 50 seats until it grew to 100 seats.

2014

2013

Acquired first client for our call center division. Our client is one of the leading online floral company in the US for more than 81 years. We started with 7 full-time employees and added 25 part-time seasonal employees for our December 2013 ramp.

2018

  • Achieved PCI-DSS Certification status.

  • Added software development in our list of services as the official distributor for JE310 Solutions for its Payroll, HRIS, Mobile Rider app, etc.

2017

Changed our corporate name to IXL Solutions Philippines Inc.

2019

Became the official testing center of Microgenesis Philippines for its Microsoft, Cisco and other certification.
